Good morning y’all! You might have seen this pretty dress on Instagram a couple times, but I just love it! It was perfect to wear for our engagement pictures (sharing more soon!), and it is less than $20! I was even debating on wearing it at my reception it is so flattering and pretty. = ). And I paired it with one of my favorite denim jackets.
Denim is always a favorite of mine whether it’s a jacket, jeans, shorts or even a chambray shirt or dress. I love how summer denim can dress down pieces just a little to make them more casual and relatable, but a denim jacket like this also pulls your look together so much.
One of my best tips when taking photos (for engagement, family, holiday, etc) is to wear a slimming layer that isn’t oversized. It adds more dimension to your look, pulls it together and actually makes you look slimmer!
