The temperatures are still blazing around here, so I’m still sporting all the summer dresses as long as I can! I love a pretty print like gingham and plaid all year long, and the one on this dress in bright, summery colors is so fresh and perfect for summer.
This dress is lightweight and hits right below the knees. It looks great paired with wedges and a rattan bag right now, and you can pair it with a jacket and sneakers to transition into fall over the next couple of months too.
What I love about plaid is how great it really looks year-round. In a pretty, lighter, or bright color with lighter fabrics, it is so perfect for spring and summer. In a darker color or red or green or blue, it can be perfect for fall winter, and the holidays. Gingham transitions so well from season to season!
