Shop the Holiday Decor
It’s that time of year – time to add holiday decor in your home! I’m here to share my favorite finds this season. Y’all know I LOVE color! We already have a pretty nice neutral, blank slate in our home with pops of blue, but with the holiday season here I was ready to add in even more COLOR! And I did just that with some of my favorite new MacKenzie-Childs pieces! No matter whether you love traditional , more modern or more color, you will find tons of pieces you love. And they are so fun to mix and match and coordinate in with your everyday home decor too.
This colorful garland is such a fun piece to add to to your mantle. I love all the fun, bright colors, and the kids love how colorful and festive it is too! That mixed in with this pretty village and these bottle brush trees give it such a fun, festive and whimsical feel! The kids have loved it all up so much that I’m considering either getting some more colorful pieces or moving some of them upstairs where their rooms are. I don’t blame them, as a kid I would have loved all these pieces SO much too!
They add just the right touch of color to a lot of our neutral pieces. I also love that they carry so many holiday pieces in some of my favorite collections there – royal check, courtly check and sterling check. This way your Christmas decor mixes in perfectly with your favorite everyday home decor. That also comes in hady with a beautiful tablescape. You can know all the colors and pieces will pair perfectly together!
We keep our tree fairly neutral with pops of blue and red. All of the color mixed in so perfectly with it. You could also add much more color to the tree if you wanted with pops of green and pink too. But I love keeping it a little more traiditonal and just adding in fun pops of color and whimsy here and there like I did with the garland, village and this fun little pink nutcracker pillow. All this fun color is making me want to get another tree and start doing themed trees! What do you think? Do you like to add color to your Christmas decor or do you like to keep it neutral or more traditional?
