Fall and spring are always my favorite times of the year to get outdoors and get active. The cooler weather and the pretty fall foliage right now is just so nice! I started getting outside for at least a mile each day in October, and I finished up the month right at 27 miles. I got almost a mile in each day along with 18 workouts where I lifted weights. This month in November, I hope to continue with that momentum and make sure I hit at least 30 miles this month.
It’s been a little chillier and nice in the morning and at night, so I’ve been getting outside and going for a walk or run usually first thing or last thing of the day. When it starts to get a little colder come winter, I’ll probably start getting in the middle of the day a little more when it warms up, though honestly I don’t mind getting outside in the cold. With the cooler temps, I got these cute new leggings from Summersalt. They are nice and stretchy and super comfortable. I paired them with my brand new pullover and puffer vest from Dillard’s. I’ve been reaching for this combo most everyday.
