Looking to not blow a ton of money to get your closet ready for spring?? Me too! The good news is that it can easily be done. I am sharing my top 5 spring classic pieces to have in your closet this season. They will be in style year after year. And all you need to do is pair them with a new trendy top, belt or jewelry to mix up your look this spring. Keep reading below for my favorites.
My Favorite Spring Classic Pieces
1.) Pleated shorts – These are a must! I especially love a good dressier pair. That makes them super easy to dress both up and down. They are such a great classic that you can pair most any top with. And for shoes, you can easily wear sandals, sneakers or heels. They are a must have!
2.) Neutral sandals – I love the sandals above so much that I have them in both nude and white. The gold chain ankle strap really dresses them up. It makes them pair so easily with dresses, shorts or even denim. They are super versatile and believe it or not, they are super comfy too!
3.) A classic tee – Find a white super soft tee that you love and seriously but it in multiple colors from white to black to bray to tan. I not only love a good short sleeve tee, but I also love a sleeveless version. The one I’m wearing below even has shoulder pads in it. This gives it such a polished, pulled together look.
4.) Button down blouse – Always a must have in your closet…no matter the season. This pretty blouse blouse in blue is such a pretty pastel color for spring, but it honestly is great any time of year. It works well tied over a dress or skirt, with jeans or even shorts. Seriously, it is SO versatile!
5.) Bucket bag – I just LOVE a good bucket bag, and I love pulling them out for the warmer seasons. My bucket bag in cane is especially great this time of year. It is a great classic. I love the structured look to it, the large size and the fabric and color of it. And with the longer strap, you can easily wear it as a crossbody for on the go.
