Looking for an amazing summer dish? Save this recipe for my Peach Prosciutto Butter Board.

Peach Prosciutto Butter Board

If you’re planning on throwing a brunch soon, then I have the perfect dish for you! I wanted to make something different but easy for Mother’s Day, so I made this amazing butter board. It was such a hit! It’s not only pretty, but it’s also yummy! I recently made this board for an outdoor brunch at the house, and I seriously ate on it for days. It was that good! The sweet peach pairs so well with the salty prosciutto, yum! I used these peach preserves, but you can also use peach chutney.

I paired my butter board with gluten free baguettes, and they were so good! I baked them in the oven for just a few minutes, and no one would have known that it was even gluten free! I added sliced peaches on the side to top the bread and butter with. And then I served wine with the butter board. It was the perfect combo! Check out my recipe below and let me know if you end up making it!

Peach Prosciutto Butter Board Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 5 oz peach preserves (or peach chutney)
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp thyme leaves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 peach
  • 2 loaves of bread

Instructions

  • Pick out a board and spread your 2 sticks of butter onto the board. You can use any unsalted butter, but I love Kerrygold butter. Sprinkle with sea salt. Chop up prosciutto and add it on top of the butter. Spoon peach preserves on top. Top with fresh thyme leaves and rosemary. Make sure you remove the rosemary stems. Bake your preferred bread, cut it into slices and serve with your butter board. Top your bread with butter and peach slices. Enjoy!
