Pineapple Shrimp Cilantro Lime Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup
- Shrimp
- 1 pineapple
- 1 lime or lime juice
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally. Heat until shrimp turn from translucent to white. I use approximately 5-6 shrimp per serving.
- Slice and cut up pineapple or use canned pineapple.
- Prepare Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
- In a plate or bowl, combine the rice, shrimp and pineapple.
- Slice the lime and squeeze juice over your plate.
- Add salt to taste and enjoy your quick, yummy dinner!
