Leighton is about to turn 11, and for the last few years, she has really loved watching non-animated movies, and that led me to start thinking of some of my favorite childhood movies for her to watch. I feel like the 90’s really had some of the best movies. There are so many family friendly, clean, heartfelt movies that are great to rewatch with your own tweens and teens now. But I also have struggled to find ones that aren’t rated PG-13. That’s why I decided to compile this list of movies from the 90’s that are family friendly but not rated PG-13 or above. This will be perfect for your tweens as they are growing up. = )
