10 Reasons to Throw a Bridgerton Themed Tea Party

Guess what tomorrow is?! I am sure all my Bridgerton fans have been counting down because Thursday is launch day for Season 4 Part 1! Eek, I am SO excited! I feel like I have been waiting for SO long! I got hooked on Bridgerton a few years ago, and I have never looked back once! If you still haven’t have gotten on the Bridgerton bandwagon, NOW is the time! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! IN true Bridgerton style, we had a tea party last weekend at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, and it was so dreamy! It is such a great way to spend the day and chat about chat about your favorite show. I’m sharing 11 reasons to host a Bridgerton themed tea party below. Check them out!

1.) You have an excuse to wear your fanciest dress. Any excuse to wear this dress is an instant YES! I love how it is the perfect reason to dress up.

2.) It is very nostalgic and never goes out of style. Tea parties have been around since the 1600’s and 1700’s, and I can assure you that they aren’t going away either.

3.) It’s the best reason to socialize and spill the tea. It’s a great way to get together with friends and catch up.

4.) You can try out the new tea flavors. They have so many yummy flavors of tea, and my favorites at the Peabody are Scarlet and Peach Blossom.

5.) It gives you a reason to slow down. There is nothing like an excuse to just sit, relax, chat and enjoy your tea and food together.

6.) It’s a great way to romanticize your life. Every moment is life is a gift, and honestly this is a great reminder.

7.) The food pairings are so good. The food at the Peabody is amazing. It is so filling and so yummy. You start with finger sandwiches, and they even have gluten free or children options too. Then they bring out scones, and then desserts. Every course gets better than the last. Highly recommend!

8.) It reminds you that you don’t have to have a special event or reason to get together with your friends. You don’t need an excuse to get dressed up and spend time with your friends. That is the occasion.

9.) It’s a great excuse to pull out those “special pieces” you’ve been saving for one day

10.) It’s a great way to create memories. I still vividly remember the tea party I went to as a child, and I remember taking both my grandmas to tea a few years ago and even Leighton. It is definitely a great way to create special moments that you will always remember.
