My Favorite Books for Mental, Emotional & Physical Health

I have loved reading ever since I was little, and I still enjoy reading today. Over the last couple years, I have shifted into reading more books about health from physical to spiritual to even mental and emotional. It was quite the change for me, but I have enjoyed them and seen a lot of growth in myself and my thinking. If you’ve been wanting to add more books to your list that will focus on you from the inside out, I am including my top 10 list. You may be able to relate to some more than others, but I think they are all wonderful books that have helped me so much. I still come back to them and read them often just for a refresher. It’s good to know when you’ve come a long way to finding your peace. Let me know if you read any of them or have any recommendations for me.
