I am gearing up for week 2 of the Holiday Honey Hustle Challenge with My Life Well Loved and Happily Hughes. How is everyone doing so far? I am down 6lbs over the last couple of weeks, but now it’s time to start really kicking it into gear. The good news is that with the cooler temps, it’s the perfect time to get outside and mix up your routine. And this week is all about the booty!
Throw on your leggings, pullover and sneakers. Heather and I met up last week and got in some good workouts. Since we’re focusing on the booty, we ran stairs to make sure we got that extra burn in. Running stairs is especially great for your legs, but throw in the stairs or hills, and you’re going to activate your glutes even more. If you’re more of a fair weathered person, don’t worry, you can easily do this week’s workout in the gym (your office on your lunchbreak or even in the playroom while your little ones are running around!) = )
If you missed week 1, it’s never too late to start. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did (especially when all the Thanksgiving festivities are over next week!) Day 2: 60 Squats
Day 3: 70 Squats
Day 4: 80 Squats
Day 5: 90 Squats
Day 6: 100 Squats
Day 7: 125 Squats

Definitely saving this post!! I have GOT to get in shape! I keep telling myself that and I’m annoyed I haven’t done anything. Even simple squats would help!!
