SHOP MY OVER THE KNEE BOOTS LOOK:
Over the knee boots used to be only reserved for date night looks, but not anymore. Over the knee boots are the new everyday boot. I wore this casual look to work last Friday, and it is one of my new favorite outfits this fall. My favorite way to wear over the knee boots is to really mix them with an oversized piece and a fitted piece like this vest paired with skinny jeans. Or you can even pair them with an oversized sweater and a suede mini skirt. They is one of my favorite ways to make a statement without trying too hard.
These OTK boots from DSW are my new favorite pair, and they come in so many different colors.There are a few different things I look for when shopping for a pair of over the knee boots. First of all is quality. I don’t want to spend a ton of money on OTK boots, but I still want them to look like I did. No sliding down your legs as the day goes on. This pair seriously fits like a second set of skin. Secondly, like I mentioned above, I don’t want to spend a fortune. These boots are under $80! I did notice a ton of OTK boots at DSW when we were just there, but my step mom (my 60's model) didn't want to try them!!
