Neon Colorblocking + Giveaway Sneak Peek!

Good morning ladies!  I don’t know what the deal was, but I could not sleep last night.  I woke up at 12:30 and was never able to go back to bed, so what do I do, blog!  I wore this on Sunday.  We had some gorgeous 60 degree weather that day.  Shane had on jeans and a t-shirt, so I said “you’re not going to wear shorts?”  He immediately changed into shorts.  It’s nice to not be the only crazy person wearing shorts in February.  We both try to wear shorts about 10 months out of the year, so he’s my partner in crime.  I can tell you that his weren’t pink though…or silk.  The weather felt great, and it certainly did make my spring fever worse, but it was worth it.  In my opinion it’s spring on March 1, so only a couple more weeks!  It better get here soon because I don’t know how much more yall can take of seeing my pastey white legs in pictures.  Also, make sure you scroll to the bottom to see my sneak peek of my Valentine’s Day giveaway that I’ll post this Thursday!!

 My favorite new lip shade.  Yall know how much I love my YSL Volupte, well now they make it in more sheer shades.  This color goes on a lot lighter than it looks and is the perfect color to wear all day long.  I even wore it when I ran this week to keep my lips moisturized, and hopefuly I didn’t look like a crazy person wearing lipstick which running.

    I love that pink! Oh my gosh! So pretty and that lipstick looks great on you!! I'm working up to lipstick. I tried a BOLD red that just WASN'T my color and it was awful. Like terrible. So I am working my way up to lipstick by using a tinted Chapstick. It's by Burts Bee's and it just give a little color to my lips without being crazy! I just don't know how to find my perfect shade of lipstick! It stresses me out :/

    I love your outfit but I have to be honest..,i hate putting pink and red together EXCEPT for the week of Vday!!
    I need to work on colorblocking my pieces of clothing…I'll buy a shirt that's colorblocked in a heartbeat, but I dont think to wear an emerald green shirt with cobalt blue pants and yellow heels!

    Aw you look so cute!!! So jealous you got to wear shorts this weekend! It was upper 50s but so windy is was pretty cold! BOO!

    GAHHHH I need that YSL lipstick it looks amazing I am in love with everything YSL.
