Trend Spin Linkup Week 7 – Prints & Patterns

Sorry for the fuzziness of the photos, but it was raining.  Luckily it let up long enough to get a few photos.  I don’t know what it is about this week, but it seems most all of my posts will be random and long-winded (warning.)  = )  I bought the dress I’m wearing a couple years ago from one of my favorite Memphis boutiques, Ella.  If you’re in the area, you should definitely check them out, and everything in their store will be on sale this Wednesday and Thursday.  I originally bought this to wear to my friend’s birthday party downtown, but I have worn it to weddings or as a bathing suit coverup.  It is one of those dresses that is just so easy to throw on.  With the humidity this summer, it has been such an easy piece to wear, and I’ve decided I need more silk summer dresses this year.  And did you notice my amazing new shoes?!  I bought them from Marshalls yesterday.  BCBGeneration…on clearance…for $21!!  They have a nice thick heel and are really comfortable!  And what do you think about this gorgeous Stella & Dot necklace?  One of my good friends, Jennifer, sells Stella & Dot, and I will be having my first trunk show on August 8.  If anyone is interested, you can shop the trunk show here.  Anyone who purchases from this trunk show link now through August 8 and likes Jennifer on Facebook or Instagram will be entered in a drawing for a Stella & Dot item worth $30 of your choice.

    Love today's look, so frustrating when the wether doesn't cooperate! Love the necklace too. Since I'm a stylist I got an early peek at the new line. So excited. I want it all! What a deal on the shoes too!
