Family Beach Photos

It seems like just yesterday that I was at the beach with mom and Leighton.  We had our first family vacation a few weeks ago, and we had such an amazing time.  It was definitely a little different than our usual beach trips – less eating out, more swimming in the pool and more naps.  = )  A baby will do that to you, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.  We stayed for 7 days in Orange Beach.  It was the longest vacation I have had in about 7 years since I started working for my current company, and it was much, much needed!!

We have never had beach family photos taken, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get some beautiful family pictures that I could frame or get put on a canvas to go in the house.  I had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline Ward to get our family photos.  She was amazing – so sweet, down to earth and easy to work with.  She is one of those people I just immediately clicked with and felt like we had been friends for years.  She was also willing to drive from Florida to Alabama to meet us for the photos so we didn’t have to travel any further with a baby.  She also recommended the best restaurant for us to try out, and we loved the atmosphere and the food. 

We got all of these photos in about half an hour.  She did great capturing every little moment of Leighton, and I can’t wait to get some of these back and start working on my photo wall in the living room.  Now, I just have to narrow it down to which pictures will make the cut for the wall.  It will definitely be tough.  If you’re traveling to the Florida area, make sure you check out Jacqueline Ward for your family photos.  You won’t regret it, and make sure you add the Gulf onto your dining list too.  = )
