I can’t believe Leighton’s 2nd birthday party has already come and gone in the blink of an eye. Her birthday was last Saturday, and we celebrated with friends and family all morning. Leighton could not get enough playing in the inflatable bounce houses and going down all the slides. She had a ball, and honestly Shane and I did too. We could have done that all day, but goodness is it exhausting lol. We had Lenny’s sandwiches and chips, jars of milk, ice cream and cake pops.
We went with a theme of ice cream and milk, because what kid doesn’t like ice cream and milk?! = ) All of the decorations are from Beau-Coup and the invitations are from Minted, and I could not be happier with how they turned out! They definitely made a large boring party room much prettier and more fun! We had coloring placemats and crayons for the kids to take home as party favors along with their adorable milk jars and straws. And all the kids loved the huge balloons! Leighton had the best time and was ready to pass out come night time. So then Shane and I just laid in bed and scrolled through pictures of the day thinking how blessed we are to have such a sweet and fun little toddler. = ) Hope everyone has a great weekend! I just got back in town from work and plan to spend all weekend playing with my little mini.
