Gordmans Pet Event with Spike & Lola

Let’s face it, for the last couple years Spike and Lola have just not gotten nearly as much attention as they used to.  When I got an email last week about Dress Up Your Pet Day at Gordmans, I knew I had to take them.  Last Saturday, Shane had to work, so I loaded up 2 yorkies and 1 toddler and drove out to my local Gordmans.  Let me just say, major props to all the moms out there who have more than one child.  I thought I was going to crack any moment with 1 kid and 2 dogs, but I’m so glad we went.  It’s not often they get to go on a little shopping trip with us, and they were tickled to see where we were going for the day. 

The Gordmans Dress Up Your Pet Event lasted all day with free pet toys for the first 60 guests at each store.  We got 2 little plush monkeys that Spike and Lola have been squeaking like crazy since last weekend.  = )  We also got a couple free treats for the dogs and got entered into a few different drawings.  They had specials running on pet products and pet gear on top of their already great everyday prices. 

We ended up leaving with Eddy Bauer vests for both of them, some dog toys, treats and Pet Head.  I even did a little early Christmas shopping and got some great stocking stuffers for our furbabies.  My favorite part of the event was being able to shop with the entire family – Spike, Lola, Leighton and myself.  There aren’t many one stop shops where you can bring your entire family to shop for everyone, including the furbabies!  With the holiday season coming up, now is the perfect time to cross everyone off your shopping list at Gordmans.  Do you take your furbabies shopping with you?  Have you checked out Gordmans great selection lately?
