With more pretty spring-like weather this week, I couldn’t help but pull out a new spring outfit out of my closet and some of my favorite Physicians Formula makeup from Walgreens for the perfect glowing look. Just like my wardrobe, I love switching up my makeup routine for the seasons.
For this fresh faced spring makeup look, I started with Rosé All Day Tri-Phase Beauty Elixir. It is a lightweight elixir that contains rosewater, rosehip oil and vitamin C to brighten & hydrate skin. And I love the way it feels on my skin.
Next I applied Softlight Blurring Primer. It is a soft-focus primer that smooths skin. It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and gives an almost airbrushed look for that perfect complexion.
Then comes the foundation with Shade Shifter Adjusting Drops. This foundation is amazing. These color adjusting drops (set includes both dark and light drops) can be added to foundation for the perfect shade. They are great for those in-between shades or for those whose shade changes depending on the season. I love that I no longer have to buy a “winter” foundation and a “summer” foundation. Add more light drops if you need the color lighter, and add more dark drops if you need the color darker.
Lastly I apply my powder and then Mineral Glow Pearls Highlighter. It is a silky soft highlighting powder that adds an instant glow. It gives off a pretty pink highlighting look that is perfect for cheekbones or brow bones.
