Trend Spin Linkup – How to Wear a Dress in Winter

Happy Tuesday! It may still be winter around here, but we have had a couple days here and there pretty much each week where it has been 60, and I couldn’t resist pulling out my new winter dress! This pretty little black floral number is from Jane. It’s sold out now (their stuff goes so quickly, so snag it when you see it!), but I linked several great inexpensive options above.

The easiest way to wear florals in colder weather?? Opt for a darker print. Accessorize with pieces like boots, a hat and even a jacket or vest. I paired mine with one of my favorite hats. Seriously, it was such a steal on Amazon, and I wear it so much with it’s perfect color scheme. If it was cooler, I would have went with otk or ankle boots and a fun little vest.

I have already worn this dress once per week since I got it. It’s been perfect when I want to throw on something cute for a little date night dinner with Matt or hanging out with the girls without too much of a fuss with my outfit. = ) Do you go for dresses in the winter, or is it just too cold to bare those legs yet? = )
