Shop the Memorial Day Tablescape
Memorial Day will be here in just a couple of short weeks, and I wanted to share a great Memorial Day tablescape idea that uses several pieces that can be reused for other tablescapes as well! I love decorating for holidays, but I don’t like to spend a ton of money on pieces that I will only pull out once a year. The great thing about these melamine floral plates is that they can be used literally every day. Just pair them with these other red, white, and blue accent pieces to make your place settings look perfectly patriotic.
I used my favorite Southern Living white plates from Dillard’s Wolfchase that are the perfect backdrop to almost every tablescape. In addition to the adorable floral plates, I alternated my table settings with this unique American flag floral print plate. It is the cutest print I have seen that is just perfect for Memorial Day! And I love how feminine and pretty it is. I also added matching cups and bowls.
I used this gorgeous rattan tray with another coordinating floral print platter and my favorite Southern Living glassware. This pretty tray comes in 2 different sizes. It also paired perfectly with this glass and rattan vase. They are the perfect vase to not only use for this Memorial Day tablescape but to keep out every day. They are perfect to hold some gorgeous hydrangea blooms!
This tablescape is perfect whether you’re hosting an outdoor barbecue or a more elegant brunch for Memorial Day. It is so versatile! And you can just pull it right back out for July 4th also! The trays and melamine pieces easily wipe clean and you don’t have to worry about them breaking. Now all you need is the perfect grilled meat paired with sides, fruit, and of course lemonade.
