Shepherd of the Hills PumpkinFest in Branson, Missouri

Shepherd of the Hill’s PumpkinFest is going on right now, and if you haven’t been before, you’re really missing out! Shepherd of the Hills is an entertainment park and farm, and there is so much to do there for families! When you first enter, you are greeted by the Treetop Sky Trail. The kids loved going over the rope bridges. Another Favorite was Lil’ Pete’s Net-Ventures, a really cool net trampoline up in the air that is so much fun for kids and adults! Seriously, it was an absolute blast. There were slides galore and places to climb and crawl. They had face painting, hay rides, pumpkin painting, miniature golf, a jump pad, a mountain coaster, ziplining and more! Seriously, this place was jam packed with so much fun! This was our first time going, and I really didn’t know what to expect. I thought it would be fun for a few hours. We spent the entire day there, and the kids still weren’t ready to leave!

Once you make it to the top of the hill, that is where you will find the Inspiration Tower that has stunning views of Branson, Copperhead Mountain Coaster, Vigilante Extreme Ziprider and more. The kids loved the mountain coaster so much and could not get enough of it. They also loved the jump pad, the pumpkin bounce house, and the adults loved the pretty views from the adirondack chairs. It was so peaceful and relaxing up there with such breathtaking views. We spent several hours up here, and I’m honestly not sure who had more fun – the kids or the adults!

After spending several hours up on the hill, we walked back down to explore more. The kids did gem mining, miniature golf, played on the slides and playground, they of course had to go on the skytrail several more times. They played in the corn in Old Matt’s Barn, and then we ate lunch together. They had several options – Old Shepherd’s Grill, Old Trail Pizza Company and Sammy Lane’s Sweets N’ Treats. We actually ate at all three. The kids had pizza, Matt and I had burgers, and then we all got ice cream to finish up our day before we left the park. It was such a great day! It was a super family friendly spot with so much more to do than I ever imagined. I loved that it didn’t feel too big though. There was plenty to do, but it felt very safe with the kids. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Branson with the kids!

Have you been to Shepherd of the Hills in Branson yet? Where did you spend fall break this year?
