Welcome back! I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! I took a nice little birthday vacation with family last week, and it was much needed! There are so many ways to add a statement to your outfit, but I wanted to share a few of my favorite ways today. If you shy away from making a statement, maybe start small and work your way up and just do whatever feels natural to you. Your entire look doesn’t have to stand out. It just takes one piece to really make a statement, but I never shy away from going bold. = )

How to Make a Statement with your Outfit

1.) Add a Pop of Color.

This here neutral pink (just kidding!) romper is just that. = ) I love wearing bright bold colors, and this romper is the perfect statement piece. If you’re not quite as fond of bright colors as I am, you could always add a fun pop of color with your bag or accessories.

2.) Add a Fun Print to your Look.

I did that today with these espadrille wedges, but you can also do it with your outfit, a bag or even a fun belt! I love a good animal print, but you could also do a fun abstract pattern or even stripes or ombre.

3.) Add a Statement with Accessories.

Whether it be a fun tasseled clutch, some drop earrings or other fun jewelry like these leather double wrap leather bracelets, accessories are always a fun way to add a statement to your look!
