We are in the depths of the cold and flu season right now, y’all. So far we have all stayed pretty healthy (knock on wood!) but with a brand new baby at home, we can’t take any chances.
That means we’ve got to keep our kids as healthy as possible. Between Leighton in school full-time all week and Matt coming and going from work each day, there’s lots of potential for germs and yuckiness to get into the house.
On top of keeping the house clean and sanitized, ensuring we all get lots of activity and time outdoors in the fresh air, a small way we like to ensure the kids’ immune systems are always in proper working order is by giving them a daily probiotics for babies and children.
Our favorite probiotic has been UpSpring Immunity Foundation Probiotic Drops. These probiotics for babies and children have been studied for 10+ years for immune health in children. It’s got all the benefits of supporting your child’s developing immune system. It helps increase all the good gut bacteria and it contains a healthy dose of vitamin D3. Put all that together and you’ve got a solid combo for fighting off the yuckies!
Do y’all give your little ones a daily dose of a probiotic to keep their tiny guts healthy?
